BI/NK members attend the Parliament of the World’s Religions

BI/NK Interfaith 2015-2016 President Elizabeth Dequine and communications coordinator Reed Price were among the attendees at this year’s Parliament of World Religions, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 15-19. The Parliament brought together more than 9,500 people and addressed such issues as: climate change; income inequality; human rights and dignity for women; hate speech, war and violence; and support for indigenous peoples worldwide. At least 50 faiths and 80 nations were represented.
