Friends and Kitsap Neighbors,
We have a chance to come together once again in solidarity, hope, and in action to support our refugee neighbors by volunteering, riding, and praying for Reform Ride for Refugees on August 11th. This Kitsap County event will bring together people from all over the Puget Sound to ride around in a 10, 30 and 50 mile course. The goal is is to raise $20,000 from rider fees and sponsors. We need volunteers to help with standing at critical intersections, driving and patrolling the course for cyclists needing any help, and CHEERING at our finish line. If you are able to help please contact Allison Pringle at 206-940-9086.

If you aren’t a rider but want to help, Allison could really use more people guiding bike riders on Aug. 11, the day of this wonderful event. She’ll explain the process.
This is one powerful way to help refugees–funds raised (hoping for $20,000!) will be used assisting new arrivals to WA State.
